Rooted in presence. Guided by nature.

A restorative approach to massage shaped by intuition, slowness, and deep respect for the body.

Story

I’m Gary, founder of earthwoven wellness. My work is shaped by a lifelong fascination with how the body holds tension, memory, and resilience. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from force; it comes from presence, safety, and listening.

earthwoven was created as a space where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and return to themselves. A place where touch is intentional, grounded, and shaped by nature’s rhythms.

The earthwoven Approach

At earthwoven wellness, massage is not a routine. It’s a conversation between practitioner and body — a slow, intuitive dialogue that honors your nervous system.

Our approach is rooted in:

  • Slowness — allowing the body to unwind at its own pace

  • Presence — deep listening through hands and breath

  • Nature — warm light, soft textures, and grounded sensory cues

  • Safety — creating a space where your body feels held, not hurried

This is massage shaped by intention, not pressure.

Values

  • Every body deserves care without judgment.

  • Touch guided by listening, not routine.

  • Healing begins when the nervous system feels safe.

  • Grounding elements woven into every session.

  • Transparent, ethical, client‑centered practice.

Training and Background

I am trained in therapeutic massage, restorative bodywork, and somatic‑informed touch. My continuing education focuses on nervous system regulation, trauma‑sensitive care, and slow, intuitive modalities that support deep rest.

This blend of technical skill and intuitive presence shapes every session.

Why We Created Earthwoven

earthwoven was born from a simple belief:

When we slow down, we heal.

We wanted to create a studio that feels like an exhale: warm, grounded, and deeply human.

A place where clients feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to themselves.
